Sales and Customer Representative

Essentially, the Sales and Customer Representative who sells retail goods and services to customers or clients. They work closely with customers to see what their needs and specific interests are and see that they are met by their firm to the fullest extent. They work to find new sales leads through directories and client referrals. They usually undertake both “inside sales” - looking for new clients while in an office setting – and “outside sales” – looking for them in the field with existing clients. To be a representative of this kind, one does not need many formal qualifications. Great communication skills, patience, and other soft skills, however, are of crucial importance.
