In order to apply for this position, you should already have at least a few years of experience in leading and coordinating other people and should be able to demonstrate achieved results and goals. These professionals are then mainly responsible for managing business and sales teams and working on the development and implementation of new sales plans and strategies. In addition, they also participate in the management of key customer accounts, monitor and evaluate the performance of the assigned teams, and are in charge of the completion of regular business forecasts. Therefore, it's usually required from them to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, extensive knowledge of different aspects of business, and important abilities to think critically and solve complex problems.
