I suppose it is what you have RB, and as a huge company you want to make analytics clear, business oriented and actionable.

In my current role I was challenged to provide timely and detailed information for a different set of users, including top-management. I managed not only to complete the task, but also to improve data flow within a region; implement new target setting process; optimize reporting to and shift team's focus towards "deep-dives" and projects that brings new insights in organization.

I am lucky to have an opportunity to learn from the best managers in Pepsico and know that good analytics is a key for growth, that is why I always push myself and my team to build SI system that enables "data-driven decisions".

I never limit analytics work within a "reporting". I began my career in Pepsico participating in several strategic projects and that experience helped me to introduce my own projects and lead changes. And I know how sometimes you should be a person that reveals unwanted numbers, but I also learnt that it is a great advantage if you are the one, who knows how to improve the situation!
