Given my global experiences working in marketing departments of various firms with diverse culture and objectives, relentless work ethic and enthusiasm for learning new things quickly and well, I believe I would be a great match for the Marketing Operations Manager position at Uberflip.

The role with Marketing Automation Canada is a multifaceted one where on any given day my tasks could vary from complex onsite implementation to product training or researching latest trends to provide cutting edge marketing solutions to clients of varied sizes and diverse verticals. Accomplishments for the company have been in from of the following:

• Building a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Practice from scratch and tapping into alternative revenue streams for the company.
• Frequently conducting Tech-Stack training for employees and fellow consultants on upgrades, new releases and best practices. Expanding the design/content component of the business based on testing and data driven strategies.
• Closing legacy modernization projects for Superior Glove where I was able to drive a 30% YoY increase in sales accepted leads within the first six months and a 67% increase in the first year. As a result of migration from dated excel sheets to a full fledged Marketing Automation connected CRM system integrated with call in capability, revamped the nature of their business and the real time conversions as a result of webinars, offer based campaigns and event specific campaigns. This stream lined a previously broken marketing to sales funnel. Carried out extensive User testing, A/B and Multivariate Testing using Marketo, Pardot and Optimizely to accomplish high performing marketing assets in the form of Landing Pages, Email and Progressive Profiling Forms.
• Closing a multi business unit Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation project for Triad Retail Media Group, where I lead the team in training, documentation and QA. Also introduced their first mobile project by targeting SMS marketing to run in parallel with email on behalf of Triad's clients namely Wallmart, Toys R Us etc.
• Implementing Pardot for Nextopia, where I lead the project from implementation, integration right through to setting up lead scoring programs with closed loop reporting. Building documentation for data mapping and data cleansing projects.

Start up experience with companies like eSight and Eloqua combined with Agency experience gave me the opportunity to consult on marketing SaaS platforms for clients and manage Customer Experience accordingly. These experiences will definitely go a long way in making significant contributions to this role and furthering growth in this domain.
