My entire work experience is enriched with promotional product projects carried out in teams where mostly I have worked in the leading position / where mostly I have been involved in the leadership role. Through my two years’ of the professional career, I have demonstrated a keen ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders across the business with my communication and ideation skills. Other than that, I effectively managed the budget and respective performance, product sales, and consumer reactions. Through rigorous hard work and a keen eye to detail, I have been able to achieve outstanding results, substantiated by receiving the awards for the Brand Launch of the year in 2016, Most Innovative Initiative Award in 2016 & achieving record sales for Kaya's Hair Care range of products with 271% over-achievement of sales target.
