As a third-year Human Resources Management student at the University of Sunderland with a 4.0 GPA, I apply with enthusiasm for this internship.

My degree program has enabled me to use critical thinking and evidential support to solve HRM problems, gain a global perspective on HRM functions and the impact of globalisation on businesses, cultivate analytical, people, and information technology skills relevant to HRM, to investigate key theory, practices and policies concerning the employee lifecycle, and to develop a strong understanding of learning and development interventions.

Last summer, I successfully completed a 3-month internship at BrightEdge Technologies. Besides contributing to HR processes and projects, I gained exposure to multiple HR functions through collaborating across teams. I also closely shadowed senior HR leaders to better understand how HR drives critical business decisions. At the end of the internship, I delivered a well-received presentation to HR leaders, managers, peers, and mentors focusing on business delivery and overall accomplishments.

I am attracted to this internship because of the opportunity to directly assist in organizing and coordinating the company's HR policies and procedures, which will enable me to gain valuable real-world experience.
