I am keenly interested in working as a Receptionist at Harter Group, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL. My office administration experience and developed skills set are well-matched with the qualifications described by you in the job ad that has been posted and advertised on LinkedIn.com. That's why I believe that I could be a great contribution to your team and organization.

My career background includes two years of working as a Receptionist at Huron Law Group, Inc. There, I was responsible for the completion of various administrative and clerical tasks, such as answering the phone, managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, greeting visiting clients, coordinating the travel arrangements, and managing the office supplies. At the company, I was known for finishing all duties and projects within schedule and in a timely manner. Moreover, I won the Employee of the Month Award once for performing excellent work which was a great satisfaction for the continuous determination to achieve and exceed all business goals and objectives.

I possess a Business Administration with Marketing degree from the Ball State University where, with a 3.98 GPA, I was among the top 10% of students and moreover, I won the 2016 Academic Excellence Award. I am a native Polish speaker with a proficiency in English and a basic knowledge of French. Having the ability to use various industry software programs, for example, Bitrix24, LibreOffice, Slack, and Trello at an expert level, I also offer well-developed organizational skills, a highly professional attitude, exceptional work ethic, and an important ability to work and perform well independently or in team environments.
